OPPO is one of the more prolific Chinese OEMs we know. It launches new smartphones left and right. We’ve seen innovative phones like the OPPO Find X with its slide-out camera. The latter allowed an almost bezel-display and gave other brands an idea that it can really be done. The last devices the company announced before 2018 ended were the Oppo R17 and R17 Pro New Year Edition. We were told to expect a foldable smartphone at the MWC 2019 and the OPPO F19 sometime this year.

Early design sketches of the OPPO F19 were sighted. They revealed the 10x lossless zoom tech. We’re assuming the phone maker is changing the names or maybe skipping numbers since the last from the F series was the OPPO F9.

OPPO’s official Twitter account recently shared an interesting information. OPPO is coming to the UK with a launch event happening on January 19. That is over a couple of weeks from today so we still have time to gather more details.

The @OPPOmobileUK is now official so we know this is for real. We have no idea what OPPO is revealing aside from its arrival in the region but we’re looking forward to its 2019 flagship or maybe a sneak peek of the foldable phone.
