After being teased and leaked, the OPPO F1s has finally launched in India. The newest Selfie Expert phone promises better features for the narcissists selfie addicts. The F1 follow-up comes with a 16MP front-facing cam equipped with f/2.0 aperture and a 1/3.1-inch sensor. Sadly, there’s no LED flash but don’t worry as the Beautify 4.0 feature is enough to make those selfies more gorgeous.
Filters make those photos more beautiful. Thanks to technology, anyone can look more stunning than ever, at least in the photos with Beautify 4.0. It’s Oppo’s very own special feature to make sure that you and me always look good. The rear camera is only 13MP but it already supports 1080p video capture.
Other specs of the smartphone include a 5.5-inch IPS display, 720p resolution, Mediatek MT6750 processor, 1.5GH octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU, 3GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage, microSD card slot for storage expansion, and a 3075mAh battery. There’s a fingerprint sensor already for added security. This one runs ColorOS 3.0 which is actually based on Android 5.1. We’re hoping though a new software update based on either Marshmallow or Nougat will be available soon.
The new OPPO F1s will be $270 in the market when it’s released hopefully, this August. That’s INR 18,000 in India where the smartphone was first announced. Color options include Rose Gold, Gold, and Gray.
