The OnePlus 3 made a lot of the noise the past few months and we know it will continue to do so as long as the Chinese OEM is active in advertising and until the new OnePlus is introduced. Last week, OnePlus made the Soft Gold Edition up for pre-order and now it’s ready to ship to those who placed their orders in Canada, Europe, and Hong Kong.
OnePlus’ latest flagship phone impresses us with is premium specs but with price tag that is still affordable. The 6GB RAM alone is enough to catch your attention but unfortunately, there were some issues on RAM management but they’re supposed to be fixed now. Another problem noted is the fast draining of batteries even after software update.
To review, the OnePlus 3 comes with a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, Adreno 530 GPU, 64GB built-in storage, 6GB RAM, 16MP rear camera, 8MP front-facing cam, and a 3000mAh battery. The phone is already 4G/LTE capable and is compatible with USB Type-C.
The OnePlus 3 also boasts of the Dash Charge technology so you can charge the phone in a faster and safer way. It’s also cooler and way more efficient because you only need thirty minutes to fully charge the battery for a whole day’s worth of power.
OnePlus 3 first rolled out in graphite but the soft gold version looks more stunning. You can get yours now from OnePlus.net for only $399. That is, if you live in Hong Kong, Canada, or Europe.
