Q3 2016 is not exactly good for the smartwatch business as we reported yesterday. According to a recent IDC report, the global smartwatch market experienced a 51.6% declined last quarter. Actually, we haven’t been featuring any new models recently except for the Misfit Phase Hybrid, the Honor Watch S1, and the new Nixon Mission smartwatch. The Nixon watch is currently available on its website and Amazon Prime and this time, the model is finally listed on the Google Store together with other smartwatches such as the Polar M600 Sports Watch and the Michael Kors Access Dylan Smartwatch.

We already mentioned before that smarwatches are slowing down significantly but we’re certain there is still a demand. More known brands are even joining the bandwagon although more for a niche market. The Michael Kors smartwatch was announced last September while the Nixon Mission smartwatch went up for pre-order around the same time. As for the Polar M600, the watch was introduced back in August as a sports watch loaded with Android Wear OS.

We don’t know if the post on Google Store was scheduled or rushed because of the data shown off by IDC yesterday but we’re just glad they’re already available for purchase. These Android Wear powered watches are recommended for those who want more luxury and elegant, trendy, or sports and fitness-related timepieces.
