Motorola is expecting to ship as many as 800,000 XOOM tablet units in Q1 2011 alone, with DigiTimes‘ sources in the supply chain saying they expect orders to approach the million mark this quarter. The Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet is expected to ship sometime before March on Verizon’s network.
Meanwhile, both 4G LTE versions and a newly-confirmed WiFi-only version are also expected later in 2011. More information on the XOOM here.
