Earbuds, earphones, headphones, headsets – no matter what you call them, the fact of the matter is, there are a lot out there. It’s hard to filter through all the noise and get what you really want or need. Well if it’s high end sports bud you need, then you couldn’t do worse than Jaybird. At this year’s CES 2016, they introduced two new additions to their line-up, Freedom and X3, and they will be available later this year.

This actually ensures that the earbuds fit comfortably and ergonomically against your ears, with its sweat-proof premium metal buds, together with Comply memory foam tips, and enhanced comfort ear fins. The Jaybird My Sound app (patent pending) allows you to customized user settings and sound profiles, which are then transferred back to your Freedom earbuds. Battery life lasts eight hours (4 for actual earbuds, 4 with the charging clip). You can pair it with up to eight devices through Bluetooth connectivity.
Meanwhile, Jaybird X3 is the next new earbuds after the successful X2 model, with the same “award-winning Jaybird sound”. It has passive noise isolation technology for better sound quality plus its patented SignalPlus antenna which gives users skip free music when they’re using it outdoors. It also has inline remote for wireless music and voice call control It also has sweat-proof earbuds, comfort ear fins, and the X-Fit system. You can use it for seven hours on a single charge and customize it as well with the Jaybird My Sound app.
Jaybird Freedom comes in five different colors options: Carbon (black on black metal), Blaze (red on silver metal), Ocean (blue on silver metal), Gold (white on gold metal), and Blush (white on rose gold metal) and it will cost you $199.95. It will be available in the second quarter of the year while the Jaybird X3 will be out in the market by the third quarter.
