Isis launched nationwide with support from three of the four major US carriers. The carriers included T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon Wireless. But aside from the carrier support, Isis also launched with payment support coming by way of American Express and Chase.

Users also had the option to use an American Express Serve account, which did add a bit more flexibility in terms of funding, but overall the support was a bit limited. But with that in mind, a new option has arrived in the form of Wells Fargo. Rather simply, this means you can now make payments through Isis using a Wells Fargo credit card.

“We are committed to helping our customers succeed financially. Helping them make payments when, where and how they want is part of that promise,” said Peter Ho, manager of digital payments for Wells Fargo’s Consumer Financial Services group

Perhaps more important for some is the bit about the Wells Fargo Zero Liability program. Similar to using a regular Wells Fargo card for your purchase, any payments made through Isis Mobile Wallet will be protected. That means cardholders are provided with zero liability if their Wells Fargo Credit Card is lost, stolen or used without authorization.

That all being said, there is a wide variety of devices with Isis support across these three carriers. Without naming each and every device, we can say there are more than 50 included in the group and one carrier in particular, Verizon Wireless, has been adding support to quite a few new devices. The Isis Mobile Wallet app is available from the Play Store, but there is one small catch — you need to make sure to download the version specific to the carrier you are using.
