Dead Island, Dead Island: Riptide
If you’re up for some zombie killing action, then you may want to note that Definitive Editions of “Dead Island” and “Dead Island: Riptide” have now arrived for your NVIDIA SHIELD via the GeForce NOW online game store. Dead Island is a zombie survival action game actually released in 2011, so it’s not new. But the game is a whole new game engine with better graphics and animations that your powerful SHIELD console can crunch on. Riptide is the 2013 standalone expansion to the original which brings back the original characters of the game. Both are available for a premium USD$19.99 each at the GeForce NOW store. It may be pricey, but you know it’s has all the zombie action you want.
Combo Clash
So when was the last time you played a cute RPG game on your phone? Probably not in a while, yes? Most RPGs will dazzle you with anime-infused art and lights and fancy skills. Combo Clash looks far from your typical RPG. From the cute large-headed characters to the cute backstory of having lost their memories, it’s something different. Of course, you get to kill mindless monsters and go on quests. . The game lets you control a party of these heroes, and each hero has different abilities, so the challenge of the game is to actually mix and match which of them work best together for your playing style. The game is free to download via the Google Play Store, with IAPs.

Farming Simulator 14
So ok, not everybody will live out their days in a farm somewhere. But most of you will have a closet farming geek inside of you, and we’ve seen these come out especially when they get to play farming simulator games. And while Farming Simulator 14 may not be a new game (the “14” refers to 2014), it’s the first time GIANTS Software is putting out the game for free, with IAPs. You get to enjoy realistic 3D graphics, and play with trucks and equipment modeled from real-world machines from agricultural giants such as Case IH, Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini, and more. If you can’t be a real-life farmer, at least be competent in growing and harvesting your crops in this free game.

Nonstop Knight
So some games go for simplicity rather than realism, and they actually pull it off. Nonstop Knight is probably one of the most addictive RPG games you’ll play, and it does it because it’s so darned simple – and cute. This RPG is a one-tap clicker, you mostly will need just one thumb to play the game. The hero knight will be running all over different dungeons, facing skeletons and beasts along the way. You can upgrade your weapons and armor, and the gameplay is way easy. The bonus is that this game doesn’t require internet connection, but there will be IAPs to improve your gear.
