Day three of Google Play‘s 25 cent app sale has kicked off, bringing a new round of discounted apps and games with it. We already saw some great deals on day one and day two, and there isn’t any lack of them today either. The sale will go on for five days in all, and is a celebration of Google Play recently hitting the 25 billion downloads milestone.
Angry Birds Space was one of the apps to take center stage on the first day of the sale, and Rovio is back again in day three, bringing the price of Amazing Alex – a game that has nothing to do with Angry Birds, mind you – down to $0.25. Other notable games that have been discounted to a quarter include Disney’s Temple Run: Brave and Mass Effect: Infiltrator, a mobile tie-in to BioWare’s most recent hit, Mass Effect 3.
There are plenty of other games on sale too, like turn-based strategy title Rebuild, Monsters Ate My Condo by none other than Adult Swim, Dragon, Fly! Full, and Zynga’s ZombieSmash. Looking at the application side of the sale, HD Widgets has been discounted, as have ezPDF Reader Pro, TuneIn Radio Pro, mSecure Password Manager, and PicSay Pro.
That’s a pretty excellent collection of apps, and we still have two days left to go in the promotion. If you’re interested in picking up any of these apps, have a look at the full list of deals for day three, where you can also conveniently purchase any of the apps that are on sale today. Keep it tuned right here to Android Community, as we’ll be sure to update you on this Google Play Store sale!
i had checked those 25 cent deals and I have more fingers and toes than that unless i was looking in the wrong place………….Well I did finally purchase 2 of the Apps which were the HD Widgets and the ezPDF Reader along with the ezCloud driver (it also has a driver for your PC to create a Mobile size PDF), which I thought is pretty cool. I send alot of docs converted to PDF to my Son who lives in another State. He also uses his phone for reviewing the documents. So I guess the 25 cent deal is a steal……….
