For those who are living in Mexico and have been dreaming of trying out Google Chromecast from their own home, Christmas will surely come early. The streaming dongle will finally be available for the US’s neighbours, allowing users the capability of streaming supported apps and services from their phone or tablet to thei bigger screens of their TV.

All users would need to be able to stream videos, music, pictures, aside from the dongle of course, would be a television with and HDMI port and local WiFi connection as well. Once you’ve set it all up, you can now listen to music from your All Access, cast your favorite TV show from your Netflix account, have a YouTube party with your friends, show your vacation photos off on your tv screen and so much more.

Several devices, especially the newer ones, have already been upgraded to include screencasting support. There are more and more apps as well that are being officially screencasted. But you can also mirror your Android phone’s screen on the TV by choosing the “Screen Cast” function from the Chromecast Android app.But Google is also encouraging developers to integrate screencasting into their content delkvert apps so as to have a better experience for users.

Chromecast will start selling by November 6 at Best Buy, Liverpool and online through Linio. The SRP would be $50, which is a little bit more than the cost in the US.
