GAMEVIL really hit the jackpot when it released Afterpulse, a multiplayer shooter developed by Digital Legends. When they launched it last year first on iOS, it reaped awards and praises including Apple’s Best of 2015 and Gamelab Barcelona’s 2016’s Best Game of the Year. Now Afterpulse is finally arriving for Android gamers as it goes thru a soft launch for select territories worldwide.

Afterpulse is now available for Android gamers, at least if you’re in these places – Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. If you’re coming from iOS to play Afterpulse on Android, please note that the soft launch version on Google Play is slightly different from the current iOS version, so iOS users will not be able to use their existing Afterpulse data to play on Android.

In terms of gameplay, Afterpulse is a true-blue third-person shooter that gives you gorgeous console-quality visuals. Digital Legend’s proprietary Karisma engine actually has HDR post processing, so you can feel that the visuals have some punch. The game now includes customizable touchscreen controls and realistic physics.
