I had a similar problem on my bionic but then I switched ROMs and it showed up in the Market, ready to download. However, it still shows up as $4.99.
Appears to work fine on the Galaxy Nexus. I canceled the additional data download after about 40% accidentally but the game still starts and lets me play. I’m reinstalling so I don’t have issues later and lose my progress though.
