Some of you might remember a gaming handheld device called ODROID, which runs Google’s free mobile OS. The last time we heard of it back at the end of October, it had sold out its ODROID developer edition units, and a second batch was promised to go on sale in Korea.
The Korean company did not disappoint its followers, they just launched a Worldwide Developer Edition of the ODROID handheld device. And to be online with the last released, they also have another video demo on the ODROID. The Game is Speed Forge 3D, with accelerometer motion-control, on a 42-inch HDTV through an HDMI cable.
The ODROID is priced at $349, and it comes with a debug board, connector cable and two batteries. There are also two microSD cards; one is a 2GB card that houses the Android OS, and a 8GB SDHC card for general storage, as well as the schematics and source-code required.
