Meizu has been quiet the past few months. It may not be on top of mobile rankings but the brand definitely knows innovation. It also knows when to introduce new stuff. In the industry today, it’s all about perfect timing. By perfect timing we mean one should be ahead of everyone else. Meizu here has recently launched the Meizu Zero. It’s a phone like no other because of the seamless design sans the holes and buttons. You read that right: there are no buttons just like the Vivo APEX 2019 phone that we mentioned earlier.

The Meizu Zero boasts a ceramic unibody. You won’t see any charging port, speaker holes, buttons, or even a SIM card slot.

Is this really a smartphone? Yes and Meizu takes pride in this one that comes with a 5.99-inch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 845 chipset, eSIM, Virtual Side Button, and a Super Wireless mCharge tech. This phone can be considered as holeless–making it a first in the world.

Meizu ZERO comes equipped with a 5.99-inch AMOLED screen, ultra-high resolution, under-glass fingerprint sensor, 2.5D glass panel, mSound 2.0, Adopting Pressure Sensing Technology, and a built-in mEngine.

The Virtual Side Button replaces the power and volume buttons as made possible by the mEngine 2.0 linear haptic engine. The mSound 2.0 tech lets the screen to work like a speaker. The latter means Meizu is ahead of Samsung in this area. Samsung has the Sound-on display OLED panels not yet implemented but LG has something that already works.
