Following the game’s launch in both PC and iOS platforms, it’s good that Android gamers are finally able to enjoy “Leap of Fate” a cyberpunk shooter-slash-RPG that should give you fast-paced gaming action to while away your time. This game was developed by Clever-Plays, and is set in a cyberpunk version of New York and has magic in store for you.
You will play one of four “technomages” in Leap of Fate, helping these characters shoot their way through levels, take down enemies, and finding loot – your standard RPG fare. But there are twists to the gameplay – there are some times in the game where if you’re not careful, your character might experience permadeath (meaning that the character dies in the game and you will lose all of its progress). There are features that you unlock as you progress through the game, though, so even a permadeath is not a total waste.
There are over a hundred magic skills you can upgrade for your character, as well as well as over a hundred randomly placed enemies. The random level generation keeps each run fresh, so there is a bit of replay value here. The four different characters play quite differently from each other, so you will enjoy playing a different one in each run.
The game has already launched via the Google Play Store (see link below) and will cost you USD$3.99 to play. It’s a premium game which we’re sure you’ll enjoy if you like shooters and RPGs.
