T-Mobile USA has officially priced the T-Mobile G-Slate by LG, which will drop at $529.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. A two-year voice and data plan will be mandatory to get that subsidized price on the 8.9-inch slate, however.

That’s unlike the other Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet we’ve seen, the Motorola XOOM, which only requires a data plan. Still, the G-Slate can record 3D HD video using its dual camera array, and will come with Need for Speed SHIFT HD and other apps preloaded.

No official word on the exact release date, but last we heard T-Mobile was readying the G-Slate for a debut on April 20. We’ll be checking it – and the G2x – out at CTIA this week.
