The recently announced Galaxy Note 7 didn’t come with another ‘edge’ variant. It’s not a flat variant as we hoped but it’s the Note 7 that’s been leaked a number of the times the past weeks and months. Actually, we’ve filled a number of pages here because a lot of information and images were released. The phablet will be available in United States and Europe beginning August 19 and September, respectively.

Pre-order is now open in the country but it has yet to open in Europe. It will be available in its native South Korea but we’re not sure when the Galaxy Note 7 will be ready in other markets. What’s interesting is that someone who lives in Dubai got his hands on a Silver Titanium Note 7. Don’t believe it? Here’s an unboxing video as proof:

It doesn’t look fake so it’s believable. We don’t have confirmation if the Note 7 is already available anywhere else but there must be an explanation for this sighting. The person shared with GSMArena that the phone is priced at AED 2,999. That’s about $815–highly expensive but it already comes with a free 128GB microSD card and not 256GB as in the Note 7’S first markets.

So there’s the stunning display screen, S-Pen, iris scanner, and other features we’ve seen already. The Galaxy Note 7 in Dubai is also said to be a dual-SIM variant as reported earlier so there shouldn’t be any problem with using SIM cards from two different mobile carriers.

  1. Hi, I live in Dubai, and I had just gone to a mall here in Dubai today, where they already had a demo Samsung note 7 phone at an electronics store. It is fantastic, a feast for a user like me whose former phone was a note 3. Apparently there was a pre-order option here in Dubai at several stores and those lucky few have their note 7’s already. As for regular availability, the said electronics store gets its stock around 10th August 😀 Atleast that’s what was said. Point is, that video sounds mostly legit. Silver titanium is a beauty. And the current rumor is that Dubai may only get black, silver and gold variants (no blue coral, darn it). I hope that’s just an initial thing, and that the blue color eventually makes its way better in this part of the world!
