Lenovo has just introduced a not so new phone model in India. The Zuk Z1 has been around since last year that it already has the ZuK Z2 as a follow-up. A new Cyanogen version is ready for those in the country and looking for a mid-range phone that packs specs that are good enough. Ever since the ZUK and Cyanogen’s partnership was made official, the two brands have been working together to ensure that a Cyanogen-powered Zuk phone will exceed a mobile user’s expectations.
The Cyanogen-running Lenovo Zuk Z1 is now available in India. It comes equipped with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 chipset, 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash, and an 8MP selfie cam. This unit can also be updated to Cyanogen OS 13 which is based on Android Marshmallow.
The Lenovo Zuk Z1 also features a fingerprint sensor, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 3.0 Type-C, and a fast-charging 4000mAh battery. It runs the ZUI on top of the OS already running. Amazon India will open flash sale on May 19 but you can place your order now.
