We want to say that we’re done checking which devices are getting the next Lollipop update and when but we doubt it. We just know such releases will only slow down but we can expect updates for Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be announced more regularly in the coming year. The next Marshmallow update is now ready for a number of Motorola devices including the 3rd-gen Moto X Pure Edition. It’s not just for one carrier but for Verizon and US Cellular.
Soon enough, the fluffy Android 6.0 will be ready for the 2015 Moto X Play in Brazil and India and the 2015 Moto X Force only in Brazil for now. The new Android 6.0 Marshmallow brings a number of new features including simpler volume controls, direct share for quick sharing to contacts, Android Pay for mobile payments, Now on Tap for easier access, and Doze Mode so you can extend battery life.
Aside from the first 2015 Moto X Play and Moto X Force, here are other Moto devices receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update:

• 2015 Moto E with 4G LTE (Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia except China)
Motorola added a few more models to the list released last October. The Nexus 6, Turbo 2, Maxx 2, X Force, and the Moto E are now included.
