The latest pair of premium phablets from Samsung are finally out. Samsung didn’t announce the prices during launch but we know they will be available starting August 21. We’ve got our hands-on feature on the two devices already and we like the fact that Samsung brought a new sense of style to the Galaxy Note line. As for the Galaxy S6 edge+, this supersized phablet is now more attractive to multimedia enthusiasts.
T-Mobile is one of the major carriers in the US to announce deal on the latest flagship smartphones. Those with Un-carrier can get the Galaxy S6 edge+ or the Galaxy Note 5 at no cost with the new ‘JUMP! On Demand’ plan. If you get either of the two devices before September 30, you only need to pay for the Note 5 for $25/month and $28.50 for the Galaxy S6 edge+ without any downpayment. T-Mobile will also give you a year of free Netflix access.
The JUMP! On Demand deal makes it for T-Mobile subscribers to upgrade their phones to a new model without having to pay upgrade fees. You can now pre-register at T-Mobile.com/NextBigThing if you want to get the new phones for $0 upfront and a monthly fee for 18 months. You can also avail of T-Mobile’s Simple Choice plan for unlimited talk, text and data in the US, as well as, Music Freedom, WiFi Calling and Data Stash.
The JUMP! On Demand masks the full retail price of the Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ ($699.99 and $779.99). If you want a longer term up to 24 months, monthly fees might change but the Netflix offer is still included. New T-Mobile Samsung owners can take advantage of the $100 credit or something like $8.99 per month.
T-Mobile is also bringing the Samsung Galaxy Tab A Un-carrier promo online and in stores. Beginning August 19, Un-carrier subscribers can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab A for $0 down and $13.34 for the first 23 months (then $13.17 for the final, 24th month).
