Verizon Wireless has just announced two new HTC Desires will be available for your taking. The HTC Desire 626, a mid-range phone with large display, has arrived together with the new HTC Desire 526. The latter we learned last month would be launched across US carriers while the Desire 626, we already knew about it since February.
Under the hood, the HTC Desire 626 and HTC Desire 526 pack some premium specs and features but prices are very affordable. Both phones are mid-range but Verizon and HTC guarantee great value for money. Special HTC features include the HTC Themes and Blinkfeed that lets you change the phone’s look and feel, as well as, personalize news stream.
The HTC Desire 626 comes with a 5-inch display, 5MP front-facing camera for the selfie addicts, 8MP rear camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 SoC, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, and a 2000mAh battery. Phone also features a dual-tone color design. Meanwhile, the HTC Desire 526, boasts of a 4.7-inch screen, 8GB built-in storage, microSD card slot, 1.5GB RAM, Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 210, 8MP main camera, 2MP selfie camera, and a 2000 mAh battery. Both phones already have 4G LTE connectivity aside from the the standard WiFi and Bluetooth.
Verizon brings Advanced Calling to these smartphones for HD voice quality phone and video calls all the time. These HTC phones are available starting today, August 13, on prepaid and postpaid for $120 each or at $5/month for 24 months.
