Yahoo has added to the long list of app discovery application on the Android market with a new app called AppSpot. The app will run on any Android smartphone or tablet with Android 2.1 or higher. The app will give personalized app recommendations for your smartphone based on the app that you have installed already.

The user has to give the app permission to look at what apps are on the smartphone. AppSpot is also available as a widget that you can use from your computer. That way you can search for apps in the office and then download them to your phone. Some of the people that have reviewed the app on the market don’t like all the features.

One user claims that scrolling is clunky and more than one complained that you can’t turn the audio off that the app uses. If you use this app let us know how well it works for you.
