I you have been waiting for that Dell Streak MID to finally get official pricing and availability your wait is over. Dell has finally offered up the last few details we need to decide if the device is for us or not. The Streak will land on August 13.

You will spend $300 for the MID with a new contract for data. The Streak has a 5-inch screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS capability, and a 1GHz CPU under the sleek hood. Dell didn’t give us any idea on exactly what version of Android is being used.

We would assume Android 1.6 to be on the safe side and hope an upgrade will be offered sooner rather than later. If you don’t want that AT&T data plan the full price for the MID is $550.
