Who said building a planet-sized world-destroying space station has to be a chore? Definitely not Disney Mobile as it embarks on a quest to push the popular apartment management simulation game back into the public’s consciousness with a different twist that only a cute 8-bit Darth Vader could give. With a twitch of his hand and some dark Force help, of course.

Collaborating with Star Wars license holder LucasArts and Tiny Tower developers NimbleBit, Disney Mobile will be bringing together the addictive gameplay of Tiny Tower, simple yet irresistibly fascinating 8-bit artwork, and the most loved, or hated, characters and species from the Star Wars universe, all in one mobile package. You probably never imagine being able to fit a whole Death Star in your bag, much less your pocket.

In Star Wars: Tiny Death Star, you take the role of a true landlord from hell, Emperor Palpatine or Darth Vader, and control your own Death Star. But unlike the drab, militaristic, and violent space station in the films, your Death Star has one goal and one goal alone: to attract Galactic bitizens in order to stuff your pockets with their business, and build up your beloved space station, which may or may not destroy their homeworlds in the future.

Disney Mobile has not given much details aside from some teaser text and a tasty game cover. The game will be available for both Android and iOS and will be released worldwide soon.
