Further hints have been revealed by Sony Ericsson's CEO Bert Nordberg that the PlayStation phone is getting close to a reveal. Although they are keeping things on the down low they are definitely hinting at a phone that is supposed to change the way we see mobile gaming in the future.
"There's a lot of smoke, and I tell you there must be a fire somewhere," is what Nordberg told the Wall Street Journal, going as far to mention that Sony Ericsson will see a product revealed at the Mobile World Congress in February. Although this "product" could simply be one of their tablets that they have been confirmed to be working on, many are leaning to an Android slider phone.
Throughout the interview he dropped subtle hints that they will try to focus on gaming and that although they haven't released a PlayStation phone in the past, "the future might be brighter." What all this means in unclear, but with all of the recent leaks we definitely know they have at least been developing a PlayStation phone, whether we will see one soon is another story.
