When Android first hit the market on the G1 for T-Mobile most providers and manufacturers were playing a wait and see game. Now that the OS has hit its stride new devices running Android are popping up like weeds.

Philips has an Android device that has leaked onto the Web from China. The details are scant, but the device is called the V808 and will run Android.

The other scant details that we know include a 3.2-inch HVGA screen and a 3.2-megapixel camera with video recording capability. The leaked photos don’t show the device powered up either so there are no more specs to glean at this time.
