Motorola is all set to make the officially hubbub today over its new Android handsets. The official announcement hasn’t been made just yet, but a couple of the new devices have already broken cover.

The two phones we already know about are the Motorola MB200 and the MB300. We have few specs to work with right now, but what we do know is that the phones have Qualcomm processors include and QWERTY keyboards.

The screens have 320 x 480 resolution and both will run the cupcake revision to Android. The main difference that we know of so far between the two is that the MB300 will offer a 5MP camera.
