myTouch Drop and Go Charging Pad

The myTouch 3G may not be the best Android phone but it is definitely the most customizable Android yet. So far there are two versions and a collector edition dubbed “Fender”. It also has the most accessories available and from the looks of this newest introduction, it will continue to have new accessories made specifically for it. Today T-Mobile announced that it will be offering an inductive charging pad called the Go Charging Pad.

The charging pad will likely look similar to the one in the picture above. When you buy this pad, it will come with a special back plate that allows the phone to be charged by simply laying the phone on top of it. There a charging pad similar to this on the market now and if you have one you will feel right at home using this one. The pad will become available via T-Mobile retail stores in the coming weeks and a price has not been set.
