Just as what happened last year with Orange and the original HTC Desire, the carrier is now planning to offer up the Desire HD in an exclusive Black Edition. Their webpage has been updated with a holding page for the incoming device and it should be the same device just sporting a new black exterior.

The device is listed as “coming soon” and if previous website features are of any precedent we can expect to see the device in the next week or so.
