The Google Maps Android application has just received another update. Just a few weeks ago an update brought voice search and the walking navigation Beta. Not much is known about this update but, from what we can tell, it brings weather into the live maps wallpaper. As seen in the screenshot below you now have a weather display directly on the live wallpaper.

The update 4.5.1 is available now in the Android Market.
