For companies that use Google enterprises and are largely dependent on other Google services connected to the business, it is important that all the information you would need would easily be accessible whenever (and wherever) you need it. Good thing Google is one of those tech companies that never rests when it comes to bringing new things to the table, and at this week’s Google Atmosphere event series, they introduced a new product called Springboard and revitalized Google Sites as well.

Think of Google Springboard as a Google Now wanna be, but for those who are using enterprise products. You will get a single search interface that will go through all your information stored in Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, etc to find the relevant items you’re looking for. You will also get proactive “useful and actionable information and recommendations” all through the day that you might not know you needed but apparently, you do.

Google Sites gets a facelift in order to become even more relevant to companies who use this for their enterprise and information portal needs. You now need to just drag and drop both editing and real-time collaboration features so you won’t need to spend so much time just building the site that will house the information you need to share. It also now has a responsive feature so that whatever screen you view it from, whether it’s a phone, tablet, or laptop, the content will be readable.

Google Springboard and the revamped Google Sites will be available for early adaptors for now. If your company uses Google Apps for Work, you can apply to be part of the Early Adopter Program so you’ll be one of the first to try them out.
