Gingerbread Man Unboxed By Google, placed on the lawn of sweets

As if we needed any proof that Google’s upcoming Android version will be named Gingerbread, we finally have official word (sort of) of the imminent OS. Joining the other sweets on their main lawn including eclair, cupcake, and frozen yogurt, Google has even provided us with the unboxing of the oversized treat.

Usually the gigantic treats are placed on the Android building’s lawn on campus a few weeks before the actual release of the software. If this holds true to be the case for Gingerbread, we will sure be seeing a whole lot of news flowing in over the next few weeks!

It’s worth noting how little is officially known about the upcoming OS. With it clearly being close to launch, Google has done a great job keeping it’s plans under wraps.

They have been baking something, and it will be pretty sweet!
