We have heard a lot about the DROID 2 Global over the last few weeks. We have even seen a lot of it. Now it looks as if it’s making another surprise appearance on Verizon’s holiday gifts page.

Labeled there as the “DROID 2″ we notice there is something strange about the picture. The phone pictured has a metallic rim. We have seen this before, and it definitely looks like the white Droid 2 Global we have seen hit the net as well as would match the SKUs that were released confirming a white device.

Another interesting point to note is that it’s the only device in that lineup without it’s own separate solo photoshoot! We’re fully expecting this to replace the DROID 2, officially, November 11th. Announcement, please?
