Dell Venue gets official: 1GHz & curved Gorilla Glass

The Dell Streak 7 isn’t the only new mobile device from the company; the Dell Venue has also been made official in the US. Spotted in Korea last month, the Venue runs Android 2.2 on a 4.1-inch AMOLED display covered in curved Gorilla Glass, and has an 8-megapixel camera.

There’s also ActiveSync, Swype and QuickOffice, together with Dell’s own Stage software, all running on an unnamed 1GHz processor. Pricing and availability will apparently be announced in the coming weeks.
