ZTE has many plans for 2016 but before this year ends, here’s another device for the AXON flagship line. The ZTE Axon Max is announced after ZTE Nubia Z11 and the ZTE Blade X3, X5, and X9 launched this quarter. This Axon Max is a mid-range model that is expected to become another hit in China where the ZTE brand is gaining a big following.
The ZTE Axon Max boasts of a 6.0-inch display with 2.5D Super AMOLED FHD screen, Hi-Fi audio playback, 16MP main camera, 13MP front-facing selfie shooter, Qualcomm snapdragon 617 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB built-in storage, Quick Charge 2.0, and a huge 4140mAh battery. Phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop plus MiFavor 3.5 user interface. Making this phablet a winner are the ultra-slim bezels and ZTE’s latest Global VIP Passport. It’s a new special service for frequent travellers that provides preferential ZTE rates on flights, 24-hour online Chinese-language emergency consultation, and secure repair service when needed. This new offering by ZTE is made especially for the ZTE phone owners in China. For those travelling to the United States, ZTE also brings temporary back-up service plus insurance coverage.
The ZTE Axon Max is another flagship phone that boasts of premium specs but it’s affordable at $431 which is actually mid-range to premium. The AXON flagship series has always been known for its affordable but high-end products that are actually changing the landscape of mobile industry little by little. You see, more people now are becoming smarter when it comes to shopping for smartphones. If you can get the same high specs for a lower price, thanks to the Chinese smartphone manufacturers, why buy more expensive ones?
The fact that this Axon Max is also made from Boeing 787 aircraft-grade aluminum-titanium alloy material, just like its predecessors, is also very much welcome. Premium build and specs for a cheap price? You can’t go wrong with that.
