Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is set to hit the Android platform next month. 2017 will start right for fans of this Konami game that will remind some of us here of our childhood. It has already launched in its home country Japan last November and it has since been downloaded for more than five million times. That’s only within a couple of weeks. We don’t have the latest figures but we know it will increase rapidly as it will launch in 150 countries worldwide.
For those who have no idea who or what Yu-Gi-Oh is, it’s a trading card battle action game releasing in the late 90’s that was released as a console game and TV series. Konami is bringing it to mobile once again on both Android and iOS so fans from the old days may relive the past and perhaps introduce the game to the kiddos. We did try the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation from two years ago and this one offers a new gameplay experience.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, you can choose from about 700 Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and play in real-time PvP Duels. You will have to summon the monsters, cast spells, and make traps as you battle Duelist from wherever. Just choose a character and battle against the other Duelists. Do everything in your power to finish mission, get new cards, and level up character. Try to increase in Sage and see new features enabled. You will be challenged to the core by the Legendary Duelists.
