Vivo is launching two new phones: the Vivo V15 and the Vivo V15 Pro. The phones only popped last week with Vivo teasing the public about launching the first 32MP Pop-up Selfie Camera in the world. A live image and event poster then surfaced online earlier this week and now these two videos on Facebook from Vivo Global. The V15 shows a triple rear camera while the V15 Pro shows an elevating pop-up selfie camera. The smartphones are coming soon. By soon, we mean next week, February 20, which is the same day as Samsung’s Unpacked event.
We’re assuming Vivo India will make the formal and official announcement because the ‘Save the Date’ image was shared on Amazon India. The Vivo V15 Pro will be the first 32MP Pop-up Selfie Camera so we’re excited to try this one out and see what the hype is all about.
The Chinese OEM is bringing the selfie game to the next level as we’re now looking at high megapixels. The same 32MP sensor is also said to be implemented on the OPPO F11 Pro.
Not much details on the Vivo V15 and V15 Pro are available but we’re looking forward to the official announcement. We’re curious to know how Vivo has been so prolific when it comes to introducing innovative smartphones.
The pop-up selfie camera isn’t exactly new. We’ve seen it on the VIVO NEX but one with high megapixels is really impressive. It’s even followed by triple AI cameras (one said to be 48MP!) on the rear so the Vivo V15 Pro can be a real camera powerhouse.
