Huawei P8 lite

The first renders of the Huawei P8 Lite are out. Well, we can’t quite call this official because Huawei hasn’t made any formal announcement yet. We’re expecting it to be introduced this April though after all the leaked images and the recent TENAA  certification sighting. Some European distributor shared these images and then Roland Quandt (@quandt) then posted the images on Twitter. Now we have an idea how the phone would look like–not really different from the Huawei P8.

Note that this is the P8 Lite, not the premium Huawei P8 that has been semi-confirmed and leaked already, but we’re expecting lower specs and a very affordable price. This smartphone could have the following specs: 1.2 GHz octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in memory, 5-inch 720p touchscreen display, 13 megapixel rear camera, and a 5 megapixel front-facing cam.

Phone is also believed to run Android 5.0 Lollipop mobile OS out of the box, as well as, the Emotion UI of Huawei. The Huawei P8 lite is also said to have Dual-SIM support and will be sold for 250 Euro.

The rendered images show a metal body for the smartphone available in silver and black (or is it dirty white and dark gray?). Let’s see this coming April 15 at a press conference in London if Huawei will also launch the P8 Lite.
