Last month, we showed you the first Liquid metal-frame Android phone in the world. Officially called as the Turing Phone, this smartphone by Turing Robotic Industries (TRI) will be released as a limited edition. Only one thousand units will be available so if you’ve been drooling over this rugged beauty, you can reserve now and be among the very few who get to own this one of a kind smartphone.

Turing may not be a popular brand but it captured our attention when it introduced the Turing Phone. Phone isn’t exactly affordable with $610 as starting price for the 16GB model but the specs are very impressive. For one, the phone is made from Liquidmorphium–a new material that is very durable, tougher than titanium and steel, offers shock absorption, and is IPx8 waterproof. All these traits mean that the smartphone can withstand possible and security threats.

To review, the Turing Phone comes equipped with a 5.5-inch FHD screen, 13MP main camera with HDR Dual Flash, 8MP front-facing camera, 1920 x 1080 resolution, 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor, and a non-removable 3000 mAh battery. Android 5.1 Lollipop will already come pre-installed.

You can now reserve your unit on www.turingphone.com. Choose from any of the three variants: beowulf, pharaoh, cardinal.

Prices of the Turing Phone models are as follows: $610 for the 16GB model, $740 for the 64GB model, and $870 for the 128GB variant. The website will ask for your full name, address, country, city, state, and phone number before making a reservation so make sure you are really decided to get this mighty expensive Android Lollipop powered smartphone.
