Tablets are the new thing now-a-days, and it looks like Toshiba is getting ready to launch themselves into the market. And, of course, Android will play a big role in it, too. According to DigiTimes, who are getting their information from particular Taiwan-based manufacturers, Toshiba is getting ready to launch their own tablet, set to hit the shelves no later than this October.
The report goes on to say that the tablet will be 10-inches, run on the Android Operating System, and have NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor tucked inside. Basically, it sounds like it has the potential to be a great machine, but with only three features to go off of here, we can’t say for certain that we’re excited quite yet. Not that Toshiba can’t make a great tablet, we’ll just wait to hold our judgment until we see something like a picture.
