We feature two upcoming games today, both coming out with teaser trailers for all of us. First up is the new RPG from Kabam called “Star Wars: Uprising”, adding to the hype leading towards the new Star Wars movie coming out soon. The second game is from Ubisoft called “Rayman Adventures”, an addition to its Rayman franchise of games.
Star Wars: Uprising is a top-down RPG for mobile set in the time period after Return of the Jedi and just before the new film The Force Awakens. Since it contributes to the storyline, Kabam has put considerable effort into the game. The video below shows you a part of the gameplay – a cool dungeon-crawling mojo going on here, plus lots of blasters.
Rayman Adventures will be a side-scrolling platformer again, true to the form of the Rayman games that went before it. Not much information is available about the new game except from what you can see on the trailer. Ubisoft is great with visuals, as per usual. Check out the video below.
Star Wars: Uprising will be released sometime this fall, before the movie is released. Rayman Adventures does not have a launch date yet or info about pricing. The last two Rayman games were priced at USD$2.99, so it probably will be there or thereabouts.
