If you’re looking to buy both a high-end Samsung smartphone and a tablet, and you’re looking at getting a sort of rebate for the two, then T-Mobile might be the carrier you’re looking for. A leaked communication to their staff reportedly said that they will be offering a $100 prepaid Mastercard for all customers who will be buying both a smartphone and a tablet together, although not necessarily at the same time.
The upcoming promo covers some of the newest and most high-end of the OEM’s gadgets. If you buy a Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Note 4 or Note Edge AND a Galaxy Tab S and Galaxy Tab 4, then you will later on receive the prepaid card which will contain $100. You would need to buy both gadgets under T-Mobile’s Equipment Installment Plan, but you won’t need to do it on the same day (unless you really want to).
The second purchase has to be made within 30 days when you bought the first gadget. You would also need to get a postpaid rate plan for the second gadget. So after you’ve met all those requirements, they will now process $100 rebate card. The customer would have to have both gadgets active and payments updated, then mail their receipts to the specified address. Once everything is in order, expect the card eight weeks after they’ve accepted the receipt of the second gadget.
Okay, now that sounds like a lot of work and back and forth just to be able to receive that $100 card. Now if you think that all that hassle is worth it just to be able to have that card (and the gadgets of course!), then you should eagerly await T-Mobile’s announcement soon enough.
