For the last of T-Mobile’s Un-carrier Unwrapped holiday gifts for their consumers, they’re giving something not just for targeted customers of their rival carriers, but something that will benefit everyone looking for a new smartphone or someone wanting to binge watch on their favorite series through video streaming. They’re offering $100 off when you purchase any of the current Samsung flagships plus a year’s worth of subscription to Netflix.
You will get $100 off if you buy any of these phones at T-mobile stores, both online and in brick and mortar stores: Samsung Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5. The promo already starts this Friday and will last until December 23. Previously, T-Mobile gave huge discounts to customers from other carriers like AT&T and Verizon if they switched to the uncarrier. But this time around, the offer is open to anyone, whether existing customers or new ones.
The other special offer for this last of their Unwrapped gifts is to give one year subscription to Netflix, worth $100, if you get any of the aforementioned smartphones. And you will probably be able to get the most out of this video streaming device if you subscribe to T-Mobile’s Binge On plan, which allows you to stream any of the more than 20 video services available, without it affecting your 4G LTE data allocation.
T-Mobile has never been shy about comparing their offers against that of their competitors and even criticizing them upfront for their “trickery and promises”, and for their Unwrapped promo, this was no exemption. CEO John Legere said that their holiday offers are the real deal, unlike others where you will end up paying more down the road.
