We’ve got our hands on the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact last February. We thought it’s time for Sony to introduce changes. The phone was then ready for pre-order on B&H and we know it will also be sold by Best Buy and Amazon. We’re assuming the device will come unlocked as other Xperia models. We just learned the good news that Verizon is also offering the Android phone under the network. The device is now certified which means the budget-friendly phone will be ready for people who only want to buy from mobile carriers.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact will be sold soon by Verizon. Unfortunately, the Xperia XZ2 won’t be available from the carrier. You can still buy the Sony Xperia XZ2 from Best Buy and Amazon, unlocked. Meanwhile, the Xperia XZ2 Compact is sold for $650 and is ready in several colors: Black, Moss Green, Coral Pink, and White Silver.
To review, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact phone comes equipped with a 5-inch TRILUMINOS screen, 18:9 aspect ratio, HDR Full HD+ display, 4G LTE speed, 2870 mAh battery, 19MP rear-facing camera, 5MP selfie camera, Sony Exmor RS sensor, Motion Eye, 64GB internal memory, microSD slot, and Android 8.0 Oreo. The Sony Xperia XZ2 has almost the same features but with a larger display.
