If you like playing solitaire every once in a while when you’re bored, but you feel like you’ve played every iteration of it and there should be more to this game, you might want to check out Solitairica, a new game finally available for Android devices. It combines the gameplay of the classic solitaire, with a rogue like style of RPG to make it more interesting and exciting. There is also a card-collecting element to it, so if it ticks three things on your list of game requirements, you should definitely give this a try.
Emperor Stuck has apparently taken all of the hearts in the kingdom of Myriodd. Now it’s your duty as a hero to take on all the armies of Stuck, get the hearts back, and bring peace to your land. But instead of doing any actual fighting, you get to put together your deck of cards that you can use for your combat, just like with other TCG (trading card games) type of games. You have four great energies to master:attack (destroy cards), defense (counter and armor), agility (peeking and quickness) and willpower (healing and the arcane).
You will also get to use a number of spells and items to help you along the way as you fight the enemy, including procedural ones that combine “hilarious and dangerous” traits so you won’t get bored with the creatures you encounter. You also get to eventually upgrade your decks to include Ace, King, and Queen cards that will boost your powers during battle.
