Just when you think Snapchat has already run out of fun ideas to make messaging your friends a joy and not a chore, they come up with something else. You’ve probably been having fun playing around with emojis and emoji stickers, but now it can be better as the stickers will go along with the video that you attached it to. It movies with the video and even adapts and changes according to the size and orientation while watching said video.
So for example you choose to put an emoji sticker of a cat..on your snap video of your cat, just because you can. So wherever the cat goes, the cat sticker on its face also goes with it. It moves, scales, and rotates automatically to the object that you attached it to on the video. Same goes with any sticker you attach to your face. You can even attach more than one emoji sticker on your video after you’ve shot it.
But if you want the emoji to stay put on whichever (or whomever) you attach it to, then you can just use a static sticker. You can use both static and dynamic emoji stickers on a single snap. The normal emojis and the emoji stickers can also interact in the same video. The possibilities are endless as long as you let your creativity run.
Android users will start seeing the update on their apps starting Wednesday. Just be patient if it’s not there yet as the rollout is gradual.
