If you’re a Marvel fan, specifically a fan of the red iron-wearing Avenger, you must have been over the moon when Samsung announced they are releasing a limited edition Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge. But when you thought about how expensive it will probably be, then you may have been starting to get depressed, not to mention they won’t be releasing a Galaxy S6 version. But the folks over at Slickwarps have a sort-of solution that might be the next best thing.
Hero Series wraps and skins for the new flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S6, may not carry the name Iron Man but it obviously is “inspired” by the Iron Man edition of the Galaxy S6 edge. The full-body wrap is made from “state-of-the-art metallic flake finish”, a far cry from the titanium alloy that makes up his real suit of course. The red and gold color is eye-catching and will definitely earn comparisons to one of the more popular Avengers of course. You can’t really say it’s a “poor man’s version” of the official one from Samsung, since having a Galaxy S6 probably means you’re not a “poor man”.
The limited edition Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge is really so limited that they’re only producing 1,000 pieces and it will be sold in South Korea only. So undoubtedly, it will sell out in the first few hours, even if it will be substantially more expensive than the regular edge smartphone. So maybe, just settle for a smartphone wrap for your Galaxy S6.
The Hero Series will cost you $24.95 if you buy it from the Slickwrap online store. If you want to complete your Iron Man look, there’s also a wrap available for the wireless charging pad, which will cost you an additional $4.
