      • 1. They don’t have phone number listed for support despite the fact that they are showing icon with telephone set on it
        2. They online support is permanently in “offline” mode
        3. On their main backup page if you scroll to the bottom they answer a question about backing up external HDD but instead providing answer about Outlook PST files

      • Yeah i can see that , the plan is reedemed with livedrive plattform , dripbit is just a reseller.

Pd: i just bought it , and is working pretty fine by now.

      • I don’t understand how this economics works for LiveDrive since they sell all you can eat for $60 a month for resellers. It’s not going to end up well for LiveDrive with this or I’m missing something

      • I heard that before man, I hope it will work at least for 2-3years. My data is about 1tb so i keep it on a USB drive too. Is nice just to have access to al your data con the fly.

      • I agree deal is great, basic economy asks a question how long this will last, since they are selling unlimited time account for equivalent of yearly fee of competing providers. Since you already paid for service I suggest contact LiveDrive and ask them what will happen to your subscription if reseller folds down the road.

      • As far i can see the reseller only keeps your payment information. Because all the data goes to your own livedrive domain.
