We just heard that the Samsung S5830 would be coming to a few regions under the name Galaxy Ace, but now we have word and specs of the device to hit India under the moniker “Galaxy Cooper.”
Looking very similar to the iPhone 4 and other Galaxy devices, the phone has also had its specs revealed. Honestly, they’re not too impressive – but at least it has Android 2.2 Froyo, kudos to Samsung.
Specs:
- Android 2.2 Froyo
- TouchWiz 3.0
- 3.5 inch display with 480 x 320 inches (just like an old iPhone)
- HSDPA (7.2Mbps), 900/2100 MHz
- EDGE/GPRS, 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n
- DLNA
- A-GPS
- 3.5mm headset jack
- FM radio with RDS
- 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash
- 800 MHz Qualcomm processor
- 150MB of internal memory
- 2GB microSD card pre-installed
- 1,350 mAh battery
- 112.4 x 59.9 x 11.5 mm
- 113 grams
Expect this new Galaxy device to be announced officially at this year’s MWC.
Reminder: We’ll be at this year’s MWC ready to fully cover all announcements along with hands-on coverage of the entire event.
