A recent Samsung related leak detailed the Life Times life log app. And more recently, it looks like a series of screenshots have surfaced for another Samsung app. This latest is the S Health app and the screenshots are offering a look at an updated user interface. Specifically, what appears to be a flatter interface.
The screenshots have been released by SamMobile, who mention how this S Health release will not look “radically different” but that it has been made flatter, which keeps it more inline with Google’s guidelines for Android 4.4 Kit Kat. For those unfamiliar, the S Health app is one that encourages you to stay active and fit. S Health monitors items to include your workouts, weight and daily intake.
As you’ll notice in the images, this release of S Health brings a green coloring. Also noted, this release will add the ability to control a few items — all from the same screen. This includes being able to view walking/running details, viewing your location/path on a map and also controlling the music.
The screenshots have reportedly come from the firmware of a device with the model number of SM-G900H. Speculation suggests this could be the Galaxy S5, or at least one variant. But with that said, until we hear something official from Samsung, that bit should remain nothing more than speculation. The same can also be said about these screenshots, while they appear to be the real deal, this could be one build in a series of test builds.
